Lauren Jones-McClain (LJ), the  owner of Life Journey (LJ) Fitness is a mobile certified fitness and wellness specialist with more than 15 years of experience. Born and raised in Austin, she is also a former Division I volleyball player for Tulane University.

 

LJ Fitness offers elite workouts to clients at their home (inside and outside) or an acceptable location most convenient to them. Equipment is provided unless clients prefer to use their own. 

 

The clientele at LJ Fitness ranges from young adults that want to increase strength and develop healthy habits early to adults that desire to increase muscle tone or simply focus on a healthier body and mind. 

 

All fitness levels are welcome, regardless of ability, age or experience. Each client is unique with their own challenges and goals; Lauren customizes programs specific to the individual or group as well as provides nutrition guidance to optimize their overall health. Her mission is to encourage clients to make more mindful decisions, while equipping them with the tools (knowledge, support, accountability, etc.) to feel stronger and more confident.

 

With a teamwork philosophy, Lauren and her clients work effectively together to build trust and achieve long-term success. At LJ Fitness, expect a balanced workout in an empowering environment.
